Call 1800 557 250 to discuss your ideas. The helpful Sales Consultants will ask questions to build a “picture’ of what you want. At this early stage a “ball park” estimate can also be provided. If you decide to get a more accurate price estimate, an appointment can be made for the Sales Consultant to visit on site.

The Sales Consultant will bring a Planning report and will discuss the project in detail and will do some site measurements.
You will receive a Proposal folder that contains a written Quotation, a preliminary plan and photos of work that is similar in design.

On acceptance of the Quotation (and deposit paid), a check measure is scheduled and work begins on drafting and researching Statutory requirements. The drafting team use a computer program to draw the required plans, and check for Planning Laws, Building Regulations, BAL (Fire) ratings and Covenant that may impact on the proposed structure design and siting.

Planning approval, Building Permit, BAL Assessment and Developer Approval will be sought by Pergolas Plus where required. Once the design is finalized, components are ordered in readiness for construction and the job will be booked on the “Calendar”.

The Project Manager now has control of the project and supervises the construction team, who due to the uniqueness of the system, will build the structure in just a few days in most cases (size and complexity dependant). Once stormwater is connected, the final inspection is done by the Building Surveyor and a Completion Certificate issued.
